- In Italy (including the islands), Vatican City, San Marino shipments are free.
- On the same day the order is taken over and prepared for shipping the next business day.
- Shipments are made with SDA courier. The delivery time will be between 24 and 72 hours.
- The shipping is immediate for payment by credit card.
- For payments by bank transfer in advance, the goods will be dispatched as soon as we receive notification of payment by our bank.

Delivery outside Italy are made with TNT courier.

3. HOW TO CONDUCT ON DELIVERY
Before accepting the document from the courier we recommend to:
- Check that the number of packages is equal to the quantity stated on the transport document;
- Check the labels on the package with the correct address;
- Check that the parcels have no damages or tampering (ex. closures with non-original tape, damaged packaging, etc.).
In case you experience any of the anomalies described above, it is necessary to affix the reserve specifying the type of fault found. Alternatively, you can refuse the shipment always making the bulletin motivating refusal (partial delivery, incorrect address, damaged packaging).
